I am not leaving this review because I did not get my order of lo mein noodles. He then told me that they will not give me any type of credit because they gave me two orders of lo mein noodles. I told him I am not going to do that since my kids have already started eating I was just wanting to get a credit for the lo mein noodles for a future order. He told me if I wanted to I can bring all of those meals back to the store to show him. Instead of them apologizing and saying that we can give you a credit or you’re more than welcome to come pick up the lo mein noodles, the person on the phone started to argue with me and told me that they did make two orders of lo mein noodles and Kept arguing with me. I was aggravated because first they forgot to charge me then they charged me and made it a big deal so I decided to call them and let them know. When I get home and Open up all of my combination plates I see that I only got one order of lame noodles and did not receive the red sauce for the crab Ragoon. When I got there they told me it was $72 because they did not charge me for two orders of lo mein noodles.
They told me the order total was $62 over the phone. If the food wasn’t good I would’ve given a one star, however yesterday on my way home from work I decided to pick up Chinese for my wife and kids.
